60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
VapoCept stands behind the quality of our product with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. We believe in our clinical memory restoration formula and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with VapoCept, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 60 days of your purchase date. Provide your order number and the reason for your return request. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address if applicable. Please allow sufficient time for processing your request.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. We encourage customers to use VapoCept consistently for at least 30 days before making a final assessment, as the full benefits of the amino acid formula develop over time with consistent daily supplementation.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain the damaged product and packaging as we may request photos for quality assurance purposes.
